Jazz Chisholm Jr. hits two homers, steals a base Monday

by Mike Maher | Marlins Correspondent | Tue, Sep 21st 10:14am EDT

Marlins infielder Jazz Chisholm Jr. went 3-for-4 with two home runs, three RBI, three runs scored, and a stolen base in Monday's win over the Nationals. The homers were his 16th and 17th, while the stolen base was his 22nd of the season.

Fantasy Impact:

Chisholm's line looks good on paper, but he is batting just .238 in the second half and had been even colder of late before Monday's outburst. The Marlins have excellent matchups this week, so it would not be surprising to see more production from the young infielder in the short term.
