Daulton Varsho triples in loss to Atlanta

by Jon Mathisen | Blue Jays Correspondent | Tue, Sep 21st 1:37pm EDT

Catcher/outfielder Daulton Varsho went 1-for-4 with a triple, a run scored, and a strikeout in the D-Backs' 11-4 loss to the Braves on Monday.

Fantasy Impact:

Varsho picked up his second triple of the season off Huascar Ynoa in the third inning. He would end up scoring on a wild pitch in that same frame. The 25-year-old Varsho is now slashing .241/.318/.456 with 11 home runs, 33 RBI, and five stolen bases across 237 at-bats. He's a name to keep an eye on next spring, especially if he can earn a starting role out of camp.
