Detroit Tigers left-hander Tyler Alexander allowed two runs over five innings in a 5-3 win over the White Sox on Tuesday. Alexander struck out two and walked two in the outing.
Alexander had to settle for a no-decision as the game was tied 2-2 when he departed. He now has a 2-3 record, 4.10 ERA, 1.30 WHIP, and 77 strikeouts over 94 1/3 innings of work. He will face the Twins next.
