RHP Merrill Kelly took the loss on Wednesday when he allowed six runs on seven hits with two walks and seven strikeouts over six innings in a 9-2 loss to the Braves.
Fantasy Impact:
Kelly had a rough go on Wednesday, surrendering three runs in the first inning, one in the third, and two in the fifth. He managed to last six innings and struck out seven batters but the Braves' high-powered offense was too much for him. The poor outing gives Kelly a 4.59 ERA, 1.29 WHIP, and 126:37 K/BB ratio over 153 innings (26 starts). He'll take on the Giants at home in his next start.
