Rangers closer Joe Barlow threw a hitless ninth inning as he retired the Orioles on Friday afternoon. His final line included one walk, one strikeout, and the save. Texas ultimately defeated Baltimore by a score of 8-5.
Fantasy Impact:
Barlow is 0-2 with a 1.69 ERA, 0.86 WHIP, and .124 OBA through 26.2 innings of relief work this season. He has also logged eight saves through nine opportunities. The right-hander has allowed just one run over his last nine games.
