Travis d'Arnaud went 1-for-5 with an RBI double against the Padres Sunday.
d'Arnaud missed over three months this summer while on IL, forcing the team to promote William Contreras before he was ready to the MLB roster. That didn't work out well. The return of d'Arnaud on August 11th is part of the reason the team flipped the NL East race during the second half of the season. Entering today, since August 11th, he was slashing .231/.314/.444 with a .327 wOBA and eight doubles, five homers, 13 runs scored, and 14 RBI.
