Patrick Corbin (finger blister) will not pitch again this season for the Nationals. (Mark Zuckerman on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Corbin and the Nationals have had a very disappointing 2021 season in which they hoped to use the strength of their revamped starting rotation to compete in the NL East. Corbin will finish his 2021 campaign with a 9-16 record as well as a 5.82 earned run average and just 143 strikeouts in 171.2 innings pitched. Corbin will hope to return to form in 2022 and help lead the Nationals rotation going forward.
