Shortstop Brandon Crawford went 1-for-3 with a double, a run scored, and a strikeout as the Giants lost to the Padres 3-2 on Saturday.
Fantasy Impact:
Crawford helped put the Giants on the board in the second inning when he doubled and scored off a Kris Bryant single. It was his only hit of the ball game and the Giants managed to push just one more run across the board in the loss. The 34-year-old shortstop has put together a career season for the Giants, slashing a stellar .299/.374/.524 with 24 homers, 90 RBI, and 11 stolen bases across 479 at-bats.
