White Sox starter Carlos Rodon will get the nod for a pivotal ALDS Game 4 clash against the Astros in Chicago. (Jesse Rogers on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Rodon has dealt with shoulder fatigue as of late and hasn't pitched since Sept. 29. However, with Chicago down 2-1 to Houston, manager Tony La Russa is turning to one of the best pitchers in MLB to try to extend the series. Through 24 starts this year, the southpaw went 13-5 with a 2.37 ERA, 0.96 WHIP, and .189 OBA. He allowed just six earned runs over 28 innings between August and September.
