Ryan Howard broke a mini-slump with a 3-for-4 performance in the Phillies 4-2 win over the Pirates on Thursday. Howard hit his seventh home run of the season and raised his batting average to .230 on the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Howard leads the Phillies in home runs and in RBI. While he will still strike out a lot and likely not hit above .250 for the season, Howard is on pace to hit 30 runs and remains a solid power option at first base.
