The Pittsburgh Pirates lost a tough game to the Philadelphia Phillies on Thursday afternoon. The Pirates dropped the final two games of the series after winning the first two. Vance Worley gave up three runs in only four innings of work.

Vance Worley gave up three runs in four innings of work. Worley's ERA has increased to 4.38, which is the highest among Pirate starters. I do not recommend trying to get Worley from the waiver wire because his production just isn't where it was just a season ago.
