2021 was a tale of two halves for Kikuchi, who went 6-4 with a 3.48 ERA, 1.09 WHIP, and .204 OBA prior to the All-Star break before going 1-4 with a 5.98 ERA, 1.70 WHIP, and .300 OBA during the back half of the season.
