Kyle Lohse was dealing on Friday night, throwing eight shutout innings against the Mets in New York. He allowed only two hits and one walk, while striking out eight.
Fantasy Impact:
It was Lohse's best start of the season, and a terrific bounce-back for Lohse after he coughed up four runs on seven hits against the Cubs in his previous start. Lohse has been up and down, but performances like this make him a very intriguing option on the back end of your fantasy rotation, especially if the high strikeouts continue.
