Free-agent relief pitcher Hector Neris is signing a two-year deal that includes $17 million in guaranteed money pending a physical with the team. (Jim Salisbury on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Neris will give the Astros another high-impact arm out of their bullpen. In 74 appearances last season, Neris posted a 3.63 earned run average, 1.17 WHIP and 98 strikeouts for the Phillies last season.
