J.J. Hardy plays hero

J.J. Hardy singled in the eighth inning, leading to the winning run crossing the plate for the Orioles. Hardy this season has two home runs, and four RBI. He is also hitting just .190 in 42 plate appearances this season. (Baltimore Orioles Official Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Hardy has struggled this season to be a consistent threat at the plate. Hardy who made his season debut on May 7th, has had a hard time after rehabbing a shoulder injury that he suffered in spring training. His defense though hasn't suffered, Hardy is still the gold glove caliber shortstop that he's always been. He is starting to look more and ore comfortable every time he is up. If hardy can find his swing, and round out his game he will a hot free agent pick up. For right now he would be a great defensive depth guy, that can provide some offense but doesn't on a regular basis.
