Stephen Strasburg exits early again, loses to Phillies

For the third time in his last four starts Stephen Strasburg failed to make it out of the fourth inning, surrendering six runs (five earned) on seven hits, including a homer, as he struck out three and walked one.
Fantasy Impact:
After a couple of sharp innings, Strasburg's velocity fell and his fastball lacked movement, making the right-hander eminently hittable. If one of his spring training injuries is lingering, it's possible Strasburg (3-5, ERA 6.50) could go on the DL.
