Erick Aybar leaves game with tightness in hamstring

Erick Aybar was hustling down the first base line to beat out a bunt in the fifth inning when his hamstring tightened up causing him to be removed from the game. (Alden Gonzalez)
Fantasy Impact:
He actually tried to talk his way back into the game so this is probably just a minor issue. The Angels Manager Mike Scioscia considers Aybar day-to-day. He also said they will be careful though so expect him to miss a couple games. It sounds like serious injury has been avoided which is good news because Aybar has been hot in May. Still, hamstring injuries can be tricky so monitor the situation.
