Harvey is a talented arm who has struggled with injuries throughout his career. He was claimed off waivers by the Giants in November and can be claimed by another team now that he has been DFA'd. Harvey has just 23.2 MLB innings under his belt, but a team may be willing to take a chance on him as a reclamation project.
