Fantasy Impact:

In an interview, Strasburg stated, "My goal is to be ready when I'm ready and be there the rest of the way." If he does stay to that timetable, the earliest he would be available is the last week of April. While fantasy managers are already figuring in some risk with drafting the oft-injured ace, they now need to consider the delay in the start of the season when figuring value. Hopefully, his health will benefit from the timetable, but managers should still draft with caution.
