Red Sox left fielder Franchy Cordero collected two hits in three at-bats and scored one run Thursday, as the Red Sox beat the Twins 14-1.
Fantasy Impact:
Cordero was at one point highly regarded in the Boston farm system, but could not get it together for the Red Sox and was even put on waivers by the club. The young outfielder will look to build on his productive outing Thursday in an attempt to carve out a role on the Red Sox bench for the 2022 season.
