The 30-year-old right hander is currently slated to be the Cubs' fourth starter. In four years with the club, he has compiled a 4.47 ERA and 1.288 WHIP over 235 innings pitched. He might be a streaming option in the underwhelming NL Central, but otherwise, he can sit on the waiver wire.
