2B Jason Kipnis started June in the same run-scoring form that saw him cross the plate 30 times in May. In Tuesday's victory over the Royals, he went 0-for-4 with a run and his sixth stolen base of the season.
Fantasy Impact:
In the 35 games since he was moved to the leadoff spot, Jason Kipnis has enjoyed a slash line of .378 / .467 / .636 with 33 runs, five home runs and four stolen bases. It will be tough for him to reach the levels that he attained in May but there is no reason to suggest that his production will drop significantly.
