Fantasy Impact:
The Orioles will be receiving a draft pick and three minor leaguers in return. Scott is headed into his sixth year in the league and sports a career 4.73 ERA (4.00 FIP) and 1.545 WHIP. Sulser is a 32-year-old reliever who had been in contention for the Orioles' closer role.
