Keegan Akin delivers three shutout innings

Orioles pitcher Keegan Akin threw three scoreless innings during a relief outing against the Rays on Saturday. He struck out three batters and surrendered just one hit in the effort.
Fantasy Impact:
Akin's solid outing helped keep the Orioles in the game after starter Jordan Lyles coughed up five runs. However, the Baltimore bats couldn't do enough to pull away. In the end, the O's fell to the Rays, 5-3. Akin could be a reliable option out of the bullpen this season. He posted significantly better numbers as a reliever (seven games) than starter (17 games) in 2021.
