by Matthew Adam | Guardians Correspondent | Wed, Apr 20th 9:15pm EDT

Cleveland Guardians right-hander Triston McKenzie allowed one run over 4 1/3 innings in a 2-1 win over the White Sox in Game 2 of a Wednesday doubleheader. McKenzie struck out four and walked four in the contest.

Fantasy Impact:

McKenzie didn't stick around long enough to qualify for the win but he turned in a solid outing for his team. The 24-year-old was lucky to escape with just one earned run as he threw just 40 of 80 pitches for strikes. The owner of a 2.38 ERA after three appearances, McKenzie will be back on the mound against the Angels on Tuesday.
