David Fletcher has been medically cleared following Sunday's rehab game

Los Angeles Angels 2B/SS David Fletcher (hip) participated in a rehab game in Salt Lake City on Sunday and was to be medically cleared by the head athletic trainer after the game, it is still unclear if he will be called up. (Sam Blum on twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Fletcher has now completed all necessary steps in his rehab process meaning that he would be medically cleared to resume playing with the Angels whenever needed. The only thing left in the way of Fletcher taking the field again is if the Angels front office will make the decision or not to call him up. For now he can remain on IL spots or on the waiver in most leagues.
