Lou Trivino is likely to be activated off COVID-19 IL before Tuesday's game against the Rays. Nick Allen was optioned to Triple-A Las Vegas in a corresponding move. (Martin Gallegos on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Trivino has not pitched since April 16th after being placed on the COVID-19 IL. He has cleared healthy and safety protocols and made a rehab appearance on Sunday. It seems likely Trivino steps back into the closer role, but Dany Jimenez has been excellent this year, not allowing a run, and has four saves.
