Lourdes Gurriel Jr. went 1-for-4 with a double on Wednesday against the Yankees.
Fantasy Impact:
Gurriel hasn't provided much from a fantasy perspective thus far, but most things under the hood check out fine. His average exit velocity and hard-hit rate are in the top 88 percent of baseball and he's striking out less than ever before. Batting in the middle of the Toronto lineup, it's only a matter of time before he starts piling on the counting stats, so continue to roster and start him and trust that the production will be there.
