Brandon Morrow to have an MRI

Bud Black is reported to have said that Brandon Morrow will have an MRI to check out the right shoulder discomfort that lead to his early departure during Sunday's rehab start. (Yahoo Sports)
Fantasy Impact:
This represents a setback to the plan to have him rejoin the rotation. It is prudent to wait for the results of exam before speculating but I am a fantasy correspondent so I will take a guess and say he will probably not immediately join the Padres in time for the next time his spot in the rotation comes up.
