The Minnesota Twins have placed LF Trevor Larnach on the 10-day IL with a strained right groin as reported by The Athletic’s Dan Hayes. (Dan Hayes on Twitter)

Trevor Larnach ends up on the IL after straining his groin throwing out a base runner in Friday night’s 2-1 victory over the Athletics. Larnach is hitting .313 with 7 RBIs and an .813 OBL in 67 at-bats this season. Jose Godoy has been recalled from Triple-A St. Paul to replace Larnach on the active roster.
