Jon Gray was removed from Monday afternoon's game in the 5th inning with left knee soreness according to the Texas Rangers. (Texas Rangers PR on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Jon Gray's removal was precautionary and he will be reevaluated on Tuesday. Gray made it trough 4 1/3 innings and allowed no runs on two hits and three walks while striking out four before being lifted. Gray's history of injuries mixed with his early season ERA of 5.51 could cause many fantasy owners to wonder why they even drafted the 30-year old hurler.
