Sandy Alcantara worked seven innings in Wednesday's 11-3 win over the Diamondbacks, allowing just one run on two hits and three walks while triking out six.
Fantasy Impact:
Alcantara had not quite looked like his All-Star caliber self the last couple of times out, so this effort was certainly welcome for fantasy owners. The Marlins ace now holds a sub-3.00 ERA and 37-to-19 K/BB ratio through 42 2/3 innings on the year. He is in line to return to the mound Tuesday against the Nationals.
