Rays reliever Jason Adam struck out one Blue Jays batter en route to earning his first career save on Friday evening. He did not allow any hits or walks in the process. Tampa Bay ultimately defeated Toronto by a score of 5-2.

Adam owns a 1.26 ERA, 0.56 ERA, and .085 OBA through 14.1 innings of work this season. He is also responsible for 11.30 K/9 and 2.51 BB/9. Despite his impressive metrics, Adam doesn't see enough save opportunities to justify rostering him in fantasy leagues at the moment.
