Ryan Brasier charged with loss following brutal outing vs. Rangers

by Andersen Pickard | Dodgers Correspondent | Sun, May 15th 5:39pm EDT

Red Sox reliever Ryan Brasier was roughed up again on Sunday. During his relief appearance against the Rangers, the right-hander surrendered four runs on three hits and a walk while striking out three batters. He lasted one inning and was charged with the loss as Boston ultimately fell to Texas by a score of 7-1.

Fantasy Impact:

Brasier is now 0-2 with a 6.57 ERA, 1.54 WHIP, and .327 OBA through 16 outings (12 1/3 innings) this season. He has blown two saves and continues to be a liability for Boston as of late. He should be left on waivers in all fantasy leagues.
