Austin Meadows (inner ear infection) headed to 10-day IL

The Tigers will be placing Austin Meadows on the 10-day IL with an inner ear infection, according to A.J. Hinch. (Jason Beck on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Meadows missed Detroit's two previous games against the Orioles with the ear infection, returned to play on Sunday, but left after one at-bat with dizziness. As Hinch said, there's some issue going on that they need to solve, so the safe play is to give Meadows time to recover fully. He will see a doctor in Florida who can hopefully set him on the road to recovery.
