Jose Quintana throw seven scoreless in Sunday's no-decision
by Andy Zimmerman | Mets Correspondent | Mon, May 16th 7:50am EDT
Jose Quintana allowed no runs on three hits and a walk while striking out five in seven innings pitched during Sunday's 1-0 win over the Reds.
Fantasy Impact:
Quintana (1-1) was stellar once again Sunday, extending his scoreless inning streak to 13. While Pittsburgh's offense was non-existent Sunday, a series of walks allowed the Pirates to score the only run of the game. The 33-year-old will take a 2.19 ERA into next week's scheduled start against the Cardinals.
