Tucker Davidson tapped to take the mound Tuesday

The Braves continue to search for someone to claim the fifith-starter role in their rotation. Davidson will be the next to get a shot at it Tuesday evening. The 26-year-old lefty has made an appearance out of the Braves bullpen this year back on April 11. The bulk of his limited big-league experience came in four starts for the Braves last season in which he posted a 3.60 ERA, 1.15 WHIP, and 18-to-8 K/BB ratio across 20 innings. Davidson has worked 26 1/3 innings at Triple-A so far in 2022, turning in a 4.44 ERA, 1.14 WHIP, and 31.2-percent strikeout rate.
