Jordan Romano dealing with gastrointestinal infection and is day-to-day

Toronto Blue Jays RP Jordan Romano (illness) is currently dealing with a gastrointestinal infection that is being treated with antibiotics. (Shi Davidi on twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Romano is not likely to see a move to the IL as the expectation is that he will see a return to the team soon. For now the relief pitcher should be considered day-to-day but is a solid lock for saves once he returns as he is third in the league for saves with 12 and is firmly implanted as the teams closing pitcher.
