Luis Cessa picks up second win of the year on Thursday

Cincinnati Reds RP Luis Cessa pitched 2/3 of an inning on Thursday, walking one in the Reds' 4-2 win over the Guardians.
Fantasy Impact:
Cessa picked up his second win of the year as the Reds scored at the right time for the pitcher ultimately taking a lead in the eighth that would never be relinquished. The relief pitcher carries an ERA of 3.52 but he should not be rostered as he has no saves and only the two wins due to his lack of seeing high leverage opportunities as well as his low strikeout rate with just 11 strikeouts through 15 innings pitched.
