Los Angeles Angels 3B Anthony Rendon went 2-for-4 at the plate on Friday, hitting a double along with an RBI single, and striking out once in the Angels' 4-2 loss to the Athletics.
Fantasy Impact:
Rendon is certainly one of the most overpaid players in baseball at the moment, but he is at least having a better year in the 2022 season than he did over the last two season having not seen more than 58 games in either season. The third basemen is slashing .244/.338/.422 and can be seen as a asset in fantasy despite not being the same player as he was in Washington when he posted a 6.3 WAR in his 2019 season, which led to his big overpaid contract.
