Matt Cain almost back to full health

Matt Cain has missed thus far into the Giants' 2015 season due to a forearm injury. According to Alex Pavlovic of CSN Bay Area, Cain is almost ready to return to the starting unit. (Alex Pavlovic of CSN Bay Area)
Fantasy Impact:
Cain had an abysmal 2014 season, accumulating a 2-7 record. Cain is a long shot to start in fantasy leagues, especially when bouncing back from injury. He will also have to regain his spot from rookie sensation Chris Heston, who has filled his spot in the pitching rotation exceptionally.
