Seth Brown hits solo homer in A's win Wednesday

Oakland Athletics 1B Seth Brown went 2-for-3 at the plate on Wednesday, hitting a solo homer, striking out once, and walking once in the A's 4-2 win over the Mariners.
Fantasy Impact:
Brown collected two XBH hits on Wednesday as he hit a homer and a double in the teams win as the A's have now strung together two wins in a row and won their first series since the beginning of May which was agains the bottom feeder Tigers. The A's first basemen is now batting .208 on the season and has five home runs on the season making him a borderline fantasy player if managers need to use him in a pinch.
