Gleyber Torres blasts 438-foot home run in win Friday

by Luke Monaldo | Yankees Correspondent | Sat, May 28th 7:13am EDT

Gleyber Torres went 1-for-4 why a solo home run in New York's 2-0 win against Tampa on Friday.

Fantasy Impact:

Gleyber Torres opened the game's scoring with his solo home run off Jeffrey Spring in the 4th inning Friday night. The homer was his third in his last four games and Torres appears to be heating up despite his .234 average. Torres has been getting even more regular at-bats in recent weeks with the Yankees dealing with numerous injuries and he has really come on in a way he just never really did for fantasy purposes last season. Fantasy managers who took a chance on Torres have to be satisfied with that choice for the time being.
