Fantasy Impact:
Despite Rocco Baldelli indicating earlier in the day that Lewis was probably headed to the IL, the Twins will now wait a few days for the swelling to go down before they evaluate Lewis further. This is pretty much the best case scenario for fantasy managers given Lewis's history with knee injuries, and they should now try to hold him if possible with him looking less likely to miss significant time.
