Tomas Nido went 4-for-4 with a run scored and three RBI on Wednesday against the Nationals.
Fantasy Impact:
Nido is the primary catcher for the Mets at the moment with James McCann on the IL, and he's been surprisingly effective in his limited action. He now has a .253 batting average with seven runs scored and nine RBI in 89 plate appearances. He doesn't have much power and may get exposed as he gets more playing time, but he's certainly playing well enough to be a second catcher in 12-team leagues or larger in the short-term.
