Fantasy Impact:
We last saw Teheran in the MLB start one game for the Tigers last season. Most recently, he posted a 1.60 ERA across 33.2 innings for the Staten Island FerryHawks of the Atlantic League. It is possible he could eventually find his way back into the MLB if he continues to impress in the Mexican League.
