Cubs SP Wade Miley (shoulder) will be activated from the IL on Friday to start against the Yankees. (Gordon Wittenmyer on Twitter)

Manager David Ross had suggested that Miley would likely start at some point this weekend, but now we have confirmation that will be on Friday. He has a 3.38 ERA and 1.19 WHIP in 3 starts this season.
