Fantasy Impact:
It is a tough break for Miley, who had just been activated off the injured list with a left shoulder strain after missing 15 days. Miley had tossed three shutout innings before being forced to leave the game. We should get further word on his status relatively soon, but a return to the injured list seems very possible.
