Ian Kennedy lost in walk-off fashion Tuesday, allowing one run on one hit while also walking one and striking out one in 1/3 of an inning in the Diamondbacks' 3-2 loss to the Padres.

Kennedy has held opponents scoreless in five of seven relief appearances this month, posting a 1.80 WHIP and 3.60 ERA to go along with a 2.33 K/BB ratio in that span.
