The Royals placed Daniel Lynch on the 15-day IL on Friday with a blister on his left index finger. (Alec Lewis on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The Royals needed to clear a spot for Lynch to activate Zack Greinke, so Lynch's blister seemed like an easy excuse for a move. He had five walks in his last start on Wednesday and has a 4.95 ERA on the year, so there's no need for fantasy managers to hold him through his IL stint.
